Led leaders of television, radio, interactive and education divisions to develop five multi-platform, inter-institutional projects that incorporated pertinent technology innovation.   Founder and Project Director: For my doctoral research, I helped develop the first interactive political web site in 1994, featuring a United States Senate debate and a Minnesota gubernatorial debate connected with regional online citizen forums.
